By submitting the following form I agree to these terms and conditions: 1. I agree to actively participate in group meetings, (to include but not to exclude) 60 second infomercials (one per meeting), and a five minute business spotlight upon my turn in the rotation of the group. 2. Provide a sufficient amount of business cards for the members and the chapter business card book. 3. I agree that my attendance is counted upon by fellow members and that I will adhere to the attendance policy of no more than two absences in any calendar quarter. 4. I agree to find a substitute for my absences but no more than twice in a calendar quarter. 5. I understand that I may be forced to forfeit my membership upon violations of the attendance policy, if I represent or promote any other business listed on the membership application during meetings, or any unethical business practices (as determined by the leadership team). 6. I agree that my application is not deemed to be complete until approved by the membership and leadership team. 7. The KC referral group reserves the right to revoke this agreement at any time, when member’s actions are deemed detrimental to the chapter’s ability to exchange leads, generate quality leads or referrals and/or adversely affect the dynamics of the chapter’s ability to function within the community.
